Beauty, light, darkness, mystery and change all exist in our world. As told in the Native American Cherokee Story of Two Wolves, one good and one bad, we grow the wolf that we feed with our thoughts, attention, and actions. And beyond ideas of good and bad, there is a field of oneness from which all life springs. May we remember each day to hold the high watch, thinking, speaking and acting from our most loving place.

Utah and its National Parks are on our vacation list, for sure! We visited both rims of the Grand Canyon and the Painted Desert in 2016. Utah is next up!

I do now see them today as the founding fathers in a muddled heap kicking themselves for creating the electoral college which elected Trump in opposition to the popular vote by 240K votes and counting.
