Storms Brewing

I love watching storm clouds brewing, especially from a distance where I can see the clouds billowing and building. This electric photo was taken by Zachary Hargrove of Furious Skies. May we learn to watch our inner storms with similar curiosity and detachment. 🙂
Marvelous! And such insight! May we be in mindful detachment as we watch the beauty unfold and dazzle, and maintain our curiosity for what life is showing us…

And yet, I do believe, more often than we realize: we are innocent.

Very appropriate, how did you know? There’s a storm brewing right now in Marsa Alam!

Funny how weather can also affect moods, thanks for reminding me to remain detached.

I think that’s true for most of us. But I’m learning to detach and watch more areas in my life.

LOL. Me too Mitza, but I’m learning to mellow out and embrace my feelings. 🙂

You’re sounding a bit Buddhist there, my friend. I don’t know if I’ll ever be able to view my inner storms with detachment, though I guess that’s what meditation is for.

I’ll take that as a compliment Cynthia. 🙂 I’ve studied and learned from the Buddhist perspective.

I so love watching a storm roll in. The kind in nature, not the life kind. 😉 Lovely post Brad, thanks for sharing. 🙂

Wise words Brad. and what spectacular cloud formation.. Keeping tranquil is an art, as one reflects on the inside the silver linings which are inside each storm cloud, or so they say 🙂
Have a great day and weekend to come Brad x

Thank you Sue. It’s an art I’m still a beginner at, but at least I practice. 🙂 To peace and flow…
