Funky Flamenco.

I’ve been on a music jag lately, listening to Estas Tonne and many other artists. I’m grateful for the wide variety of music available online. Mostly, I listen online since I have so few CDs left. Estas’ music is soulful classical guitar music with elements of flamenco, trance, and meditation. He can seemingly make up music on the fly, playing for 10-30 minutes non-stop. Having rediscovered his passion for music about 20 years ago, Estas started performing on the streets. Gradually his music caught the attention of larger audiences and he started making records, booking concert halls, doing collaborations, and recently, making a beautiful music video called Internal Flight.

Estas Tonne is described as a modern troubadour, playing for joy, growth, and authentic expression. His music is a fusion of many places, styles, and cultures, drawing largely on Flamenco, Gypsy, and Latin. I can listen to his music for hours.   17. This guy really knows how to capture the heart and passion of life… Thankyou for sharing! I’m jealous of his nails! I started to learn playing flamenco when I was young but I found my fingers hurt too much🙃 Beautiful music, words and picture of you smiling! So lovely to see you in joy and doing life just for you!   20. You have chosen one of my favourite Guitar players of all time Brad…

    Estas Tonne I have followed for some time, and love his albums and his deeper spiritual connotations… He inspired me to take up guitar lessons a few years ago… Sadly though my tendons do not stretch easily so some chords are hard… But I did manage to learn the odd tune… But it needs constant practice… Which I let lapse…. Now my knitting needles fly faster lol 😉 and I am content I gave it try, and will leave it to the masters… LOL 🙂 And listen contentedly to his beautiful music…

  21. Music sooths the soul in so many ways. This is beautiful, Brad. I’m soothed! During the day I listen to classical music – I can write and work with it. But soulful music I wait for after my work, so I can concentrate on it and really get “down” as they say.

  22. If it weren’t for music, I wouldn’t make it through life. My Spotify hours this year were 38,751! Needless to say, you won’t find me without my music playing very often.
