I’m still waiting to see if we’ll have a grand display this year. Meanwhile, I found some simple treasures to warm my heart.

Happy Autumn!

  1. Ahh, so lovely. β€˜A beacon broadcasting beauty.’ Well, that’s beautiful and perfect. Our leaves are becoming more sparse here, so I am holding on to every single moment we have left. Have a wonderful and happy day, Brad. HNS πŸπŸ’•

  2. Magickal captures Brad! Your poems and photos are constant reminders of being present to the gifts all around us and that beauty can be found everywhere if we take that pause. Even though the grand display hasn’t arrived yet, you sure are discovering the hidden nature parties going on. Happy Autumn πŸ‚

      • Yes, this season is generally my favorite of the year. A special time before entering the bleak cold of winter πŸ™‚ Doing well, and your post (and our WP community) has inspired me to write again. What camera did you use to take these photos?

      • Isn’t it amazing how technology has advanced to make cellphone photos so amazing. I’m using only cellphone photos in my next post because it has been the only thing I’ve carried around the past year+ πŸ™‚ Your Pixel is great, but it is always the photographer’s eye that make a photo special, so kudos to you!

  3. Beautiful photos and haiku, Brad, but the one of the acorn is just stunning. A delicate jewel. I never really studied the pattern on the cap. And the way the light dapples that beautiful moss. I love that. “You are broadcasting beauty.” ❀
