Downtown Delights

cherry buds bursting
soft pink blossoms are glowing
a dazzling sight
~
The cherry blossoms were in full bloom this week. Walking around our historic downtown square, I was in pure delight enjoying their delicate color and aroma. Multiple cherry trees at each corner of the square were in peak spring glory in an explosion of pink that warms my heart and soothes my soul.

I love this time of year, Brad! So beautiful! I happen to be in the north and I will see my cherry tree blossom for the first time in years! She’s a beauty! Hope that you are settling in…and ready for the warmer weather and all the wonderful things this time of year offers!

Love the Cherry Blossom at this time of year Brad.. The winds here have blown many of the petals off, but the pavement outside our home ls in the Pink.. 🙂
