#NaPoWriMo day 13

This gorgeous watercolor landscape of Kent, England, by Janet Weight Reed, inspired my dreams and my muse. If you don’t know Janet, I encourage you to visit her blog, which is full of beautiful watercolor paintings, interspersed with tips on life and painting.

May your dreams be soft and full of color! ย ๐Ÿ™‚

  1. This is beautiful. I started painting again while on break from school & while travelling and reading books voraciously (which is now over). I told myself, “don’t worry if you don’t like what you make, make it anyways; one day you’ll see what all your painting was about, but it might not be on one canvas.” The landscapes are liquid – yes, watercolor, perhaps the medium shows us that reality is fluid. Your choice of words on time, lends a hand (pun intended) to me. Color shows up with time, and exposure… something that another photographer understands. Thank you, Brad for sharing this artists’s work.
