I love dogwoods, maybe from growing up back east where they were a common tree in yards and the woods. Plus, I love the look of the blossoms. For many years, this was my lovely view of the neighbor’s property!

Wow. What a pretty picture, Brad. We only get the white/cream colour dogwood, but one day, I hope to plant a pink one. Still, when the dogwoods bloom in the valley, it is a sight for sore eyes!

Ah! The beloved dogwood!! You know, Brad…I had planted a baby dogwood years ago…and then we demolished a bungalow and built a real house on the lot. The whole project took place AROUND THE DOGWOOD! The contractors were not amused…but they did their job and ‘Delores’ was/is fine š
The biblical reference behind the tree has always amazed me.
