Feeling the Flow

Feeling the Flowflow, feeling, life

I’m feeling and flowing my way into a new way of living.

Talking with my friend Steven reminds me that I want to develop trust, feeling my way into choices by the feeling in my body. My intention is to live by feeling and flowing into aliveness and peace, versus my old way of thinking and analyzing into struggle and stagnation. The old way led to major stagnation in my life in the areas of work, relationships, money and flow in life.

This is a time to rebuild my life based on the now, focusing on what I most need and love, letting go of the pattern and things that I believe I need to save for some future time out of a sense of lack or fear.

Meanwhile, I moved into Steven’s home for a few months to help me relax and regroup. It’s a cozy dome home in the country; offering me a beautiful retreat in the woods by the White River. Now, if I can figure out how to be home more to enjoy it. I’m adjusting to the extra driving and feeling of isolation. Maybe it’s what is best, though I’m feeling resistance, mostly by my mind!

White RiverI appreciate everyone’s support, blessings and concern over my move. Thank you for encouraging me as I shift and reboot my life. I hope to find time to get back to creative writing and visiting all of your wonderful blogs.

May we feel the flow, living from peace and love. Blessings, Brad

  1. Beautiful to hear about your stretching into more flow and trust — while still accepting the resistance that (of course, for us humans!) still arises. And I love seeing the natural beauty of your new abode. It looks serene, and I wish you peace and blessings! Leslie

  2. We can not do more than being with all what arises in the moment … wether it is fear, or love, or trust or resistance. Maybe it’s now the time for you to discover yourself and trust yourself, and very important: be gentle with yourself.
    All the best for you!

  3. I don’t see how feeling and analyzing need to be opposites or opposed to each other. Rather, they are parts of the whole creature. Let’s just banish that old Cartesian dualism, shall we? (Easy to say.)

  5. May your new abode be a protective dome that allows you to feel the influx of peace and stillness that I am sure will bring great things for you in the future, Brad. May I recommend, if you don’t already, to take a look back at your old posts on occasion. I have done so in the past, and it helps me to see just how far I have come from where I was not too long ago. Peace and happiness, my friend.

  6. Dearest Brad… I am thrilled to see you entering the Flow again.. and I sense as I read for perhaps the first time in a while, you are beginning to also feel that inner peace as you allow for once the flow to wash through you..
What ever comes along the river of life, know that it comes into your life for a reason, and that once you accept and do not fear then the doors will open, as the current takes you to them.. 🙂

Many thanks dear Brad for your recent visits and encouragement.. I so appreciate you.. In Love and Gratitude..
    Sue 🙂
