Peace Mantras

breathing in stillness

I release all worldly cares

returning to peace

worries melt away

floating free on clouds of joy

returning to peace

May you find moments during your day to pause, breath and return to peace.

  1. Beautiful once again Brad šŸ˜‰ There is one word in this poem that really sang out to me -release. Sometimes we hold on so tightly to things (whether good, bad, or anywhere in between) that we miss out on the chance of just existing peacefully in the here and now. Thanks for the much needed touch of serenity to my day šŸ˜‰

  2. How to find that illusive soft touch to enjoy, appreciate, allow and release with holding or resisting. Let me know when you figure it out Dave! šŸ™‚ I’m glad my words could contribute to a moment of peace to your day. blessings my friend. šŸ™‚

      • Oh no. I’m sorry, but that’s not what I meant. In a way you did hold me back but so did the other bloggers too. To me reading is a bliss. I wish I could stay reading all day without even moving from the bed. That is why I called them my moments of the day. And for now, I work just to fill my pocket and brain. Haven’t yet found the work that fills my heart. šŸ™‚ Hope you had a great day.

      • Thanks, That is what I thought and was teasing about holding you back from work. I understand about working for other reasons, though we can bring our heart and passions into any work to help and touch others. Thanks for caring.
