Silent Night, Holy Night

Silent Night, Holy Night

For the holidays, I’ve been feasting on Pentatonix. Enjoy some Chestnuts Roasting on an Open Fire!

Silent Night, Holy Night

a fresh snow blankets our street

the magic carpet now replete

so fresh and light

not a vehicle in sight

nary a mother or child

’tis simply nature wild

if only for a short while

transforming our urban rank and file

so pristine and so quiet

my heart wants to riot

the muse has called

heart and mind enthralled

my whole being is full

as if by a magic pull

tidings of peace and cheer

for friends far and near

silent night

holy night

.

 Oh Holy Night

Merry Christmas from my heart to yours, muse Brad

  1. I’m enjoying the picture you paint of what’s transpired in your spirit this season, B. I esp like the
“transforming our urban rank and file.” I’m glad you are enthralled. I’m sure your joy will be contagious whomever you’re with tmrw. Merry Christmas.

PS ~ I don’t mean to pull you to my site but I’m collecting data to report to Staff. Would you let me know if my latest piano post made it to your Reader? It didn’t show up on a subscriber’s Reader, and I’m suspecting many followers did not get it. Thank you.
